Fritz-Earle Mc Lymont
Fritz-Earle started his entrepreneurial career in the service industry (management consulting) in the late 1960s, followed by manufacturing, transportation services, tourism. He currently operates an international trade and business development company.

As a young entrepreneur, before the age of 35, Mc Lymont was recognized in "Who's Who in Finance and Industry" in the U.S., featured in The Wall Street Journal. He was extensively covered in national and local publications for his entrepreneurial activities; the subject of a documentary on minority businesses by the U.S. Information Agency; a regular lecturer/speaker on business; and a co-founder of the National Minority Business Council, Inc. Fritz-Earle has operated businesses in the U.S. and overseas, and has contracted his entrepreneurial skills to governments and large institutions. His clients today are primarily private entrepreneurs operating small and mid-sized firms in the U.S., Africa and the Caribbean. His experiences include the start-up, close down, and successful management of businesses with employee sizes ranging from one to more than 100, budgets in the millions of dollars and personnel comprising the illiterate to PhDs.
